Payments

a) We accept the following payment methods for purchases made on the Website:

By choosing to make any payments on or through the Website, you agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such form of payment.

b) While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Platform, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:
(i) Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
(ii) Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or
(iii) Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
(iv) Decline of transaction for any other reasons

c) The payment facility provided by us is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through cash on Delivery, collection and remittance facility for the transactions undertaken on our Platform using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing payment facility, we are neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the transaction or the transaction Price.

We expressly disclaim any warranty or guarantee in relation to any product listed on the Website. In particular, please note that all products on the Website are subject to availability and minor differences in color and/ or appearance from the product listing on the Website. Non-availability of a product or minor differences of colour and/ or appearance between the product as listed on the Website and as delivered to you shall not render us liable in any way, except as stated in these Terms or required by law

In case you have received a product in a physically damaged product or different product than the product ordered (whether returnable or non-returnable, please call us and inform us immediately and in any case not later than 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the product, failing which product will not be returned. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or else we will refund your money.
